Who is responsible for your data

What we collect, and why

Glen is an AI agent, not a person, and says so at the start of every conversation. Glen does not take decisions that produce legal effects on you: a member of our team reviews every lead before any proposal.
We only send you commercial emails if you asked for them or are already in touch with us about similar services. Every email includes a way to stop them.
Who else processes your data
We use a small number of providers who process data on our behalf, under contracts that bind them to our instructions:
- HubSpot (HubSpot Ireland Ltd.): CRM and meeting booking, hosted in HubSpot's EU data centre
- Google Workspace (Google Ireland Ltd.): email and documents
- ElevenLabs: the voice and chat technology behind Glen on this site
- Netlify, Inc.: hosting of this website
Where a provider processes data outside the European Economic Area, the transfer is covered by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses or by the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We never sell your data.
How long we keep it
- Enquiries, meeting bookings and CRM records: for as long as we are in touch, and up to 24 months after our last contact, unless you become a client
- Recordings of conversations with Glen: 30 days. The written summary is kept with your CRM record
- Client data: for the length of the contract and the periods required by Spanish tax and commercial law
- Hosting logs: as set by our hosting provider, normally no more than 30 days
Your rights
You can ask us to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to its processing, or to receive it in a portable format. Write to hello@sellingatscale.com and we will answer within one month. If you think we have not handled your data properly, you can complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es).
Cookies
This site does not use cookies, advertising pixels or tracking scripts, so there is nothing to accept. Fonts and images are served from our own domain. Links to LinkedIn and to our HubSpot booking page take you to those services, which apply their own policies. If we ever add analytics or other tools that store information on your device, we will update this page and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

We will update this page when our practices change and show the date of the last update at the top.
